Ordered an item that post office returned in error for a vacant home (which was next door). Even w the tracking info clearly advising that the product was returned , Lilypick customer keeps giving me the run around. This has been going on for 3 months and I still do not have my item.

I saw an ad on Facebook about a car scratch remover, I ordered the item 5 weeks ago but have not received my package nor did I get an email about my order number. I have emailed lilypick multiple times but nothing has been helpful or replied too. I want my money back or I want to be able to track my order!

Seen a ad on Facebook for house cleaning supply’s and I bought it on April 2nd 2020 and may 2nd I wrote PayPal because I never received my item or any information or tracking from them so PayPal refunded me. Then today July 1st I get 2 tiny bottles in mail that look nothing like I purchased And there both Expired!!! And on the bottles it says non roxic instead of non toxic! I think this is a joke! But it’s not. I should of read reviews all 1 stars! Half the people never even received anything I’m shocked they even sent me something 4 months later!!! And it’s a joke! I think they sent it on purpose to make it look like they shipped something so PayPal would side with them. But that didn’t happen! BUYER BEWARE!
