Projector arrived broken

The stand came broken and was missing a piece so we can't use it. We've tried contacting them and don't receive any response.

Never received my order I purchased on 9/13

Never recieved the projector we ordered on 9/13 in time for halloween it says it has Christmas too so I emailed in hopes of getting it. The tracking says it went from China to the US but yet the company is in Miami. I highly suggest buying it off the shelf this seems like a scam and you cant speak to anyone you can email but no one reaponds. Reporting it as fraud and have all the proof I need. Just do not order something from them because it will not come sadly my 9 and 2 year old wanted to see this

Hazel Halloween Projector

I ordered a Projector from Hazel Halloween and after trying it, I found the quality of the image to be poor and especially blurry. The focus knob did very little to fix. I contacted them 3 times as instructed over an 8 day period For return information with no response from them. I do believe something is not right with this vendor. Stay away!

Same thing, ordered a couple and they took for ever to get here when we paid extra for expedited shipping? And yes the quality of the projector is very poor, looks like a child's toy. Won't focus to be actually viewable. These units Suck- don't waste your money. I have sent numerous emails for a refund and have had no replies from them!

I never even got anything from them. And they are also ignoring us. Seems like their scammers or crappy business people either way I want all my money back at this point.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought a projector from hazel Halloween. It was supposed to be a window projector that displayed 3d images in your window of Halloween stuff. The company even asked me do I want rush shipping and I paid that to make sure I got my product in time for Halloween. It has been over a month and I have received nothing. I tried going to there website and there is a number but it says it’s disconnected. I have also emailed the company multiple times with no response. I now believe this is a scam.
