this is a scam involving a 2012 BMW 3 series. i did an extensive search and talked to the car lot, BMW of the Hudson River and they verified that they have the vehicle on their lot for sale for $33,000 not the $3,000 that is posted on the fake ad. i also called the previous owner of the vehicle that verified they traded the car into the the BMW of Hudson River around April of 2016. I then proceeded to call the USA All State Auto Shippers and a Nigerian sounding male answered the phone and when i proceeded to question the vehicle in the ad, he was very adamant that he had the vehicle in his possession and that was the only BMW he had for sale to be shipped. i told the man that he was a liar and a scam artist because I had already verified the vehicle was in the BMW of Hudson River and that the gig was up on this scam and it had been reported to the authorities and the government. He got angry and asked me what did i want him to do about it because he had the car and i was wasting his time. i told him again that he did not have the vehicle and he was scamming people and he hung up in my face. the VIN number on this vehicle is ***. It is best to do a google search on the VIN number because this vehicle pulls up on multiple websites. my daughter found the ad on NOLA.com and was smart enough to tell me about it before she sent her money to buy this car and i searched this and found all the red flags and exposed the scam.

ALL STATES AUTO MOVERS is ready to deliver the car any where and they are an escrow service company that will help me deliver the car to any client interested in my car. The price of the car is $3000 which includes all the delivery costs and the payment will be done to ALL STATES AUTO MOVERS. You will make a deposit of 50% of the price of the car to ALL STATES AUTO MOVERS and they will hold the money and ship the car to you. When you receive the car, you have 14 days to test drive the car and if you are satisfy with the car, you complete the remaining balance to TALL STATES AUTO MOVERS so that they should pay me. But if for any reason you are not satisfy with the car after the 14 days inspection period, you return the car to ALL STATES AUTO MOVERS and they will refund your money. But I know you will not find any reason to return the car because it's exactly as describe and the pictures tells it all. The 50% deposit is refundable, and is just a security measure to make sure that you are serious. The car is exactly as shown in the pictures and the pictures were taken when preparing the car for sale.
