Hawaiian Cosmetics reached out to me and other people as well asking to be on their PR list. They gave me my own discount code that I could use. I purchased a pair of false eyelashes for $20. They told me that if four other people used my code, then I would be on their PR list. It has now been two months later, and I never received the product that I ordered. I tried contacting them through email, Facebook, and Instagram. They did not answer. They only answered once on Instagram. They blamed UPS and offered to send me another pair of lashes. When I asked them to do that, they said opened my message, but never responded. They also refused to give me a refund as well. A lot of other people have been scammed by this brand as well. I could to find any information on where they are located or their phone number. I do not know what to do at this point.
