I called Hawaiian air to rebook a cancelled ticket, and thinking I was speaking to them, I rebooked but was charged 217.20 extra. There was not supposed to be any additional cost, but they assured me that this was in fact necessary. I gave them my card number and they sent me a confirmation email. The email looked strange and unprofessional so I called HA again. The new assistant said my reservation had gone through and I should have been charged only $40.. the transaction is still pending and Im trying to get it cancelled.
