On 09/01/2017 liquor store got on fired , we the neighbors were effected by the smoke, Phil Aguirre came to our office offering his service for clean up. I gave him $1500 to start the job. He hired two teenagers that did not know anything about the job and plus they never got paid by Mr Aguirre, he came in with little fans machines that they were not appropriate for the air clean up. We call him in many occasions and he never responded my calls. One week after he appeared. We fired him and I ask for the money to be returned he agreed but until today no money was returned to me.
