We purchased a puppy. Her website looked reputable and she had all the right answers. Great testimonials from other buyers. We sent the money and she said it would be shipped. We originally got a shipping confirmation that the puppy was on it’s way with a time to pick him up. Then the shipping company started asking for more money. Originally it was a crate rental, with refund when we returned it. Then there was money needed for a vaccine and then another clearance. The last request was for insurance which we didnt pay as by now it was clear it was a scam. Sunshine Express was the shipper and it appears that they are in on it together.

Total thief. Sent money thru Zelle as requested and was given a phony tracking number. Went to my bank for help #PNC and they said they could do nothing. (PNC is part owner of Zelle) Contacted #Wells Fargo the bank money sent to and they refused to help. I was told by them PNC had to investigate and PNC said Wells Fargo had to start investigation. Both banks did nothing.

Looking for a puppy seen one that I really liked in her website email her gave me more information on the puppy and price. States that they can deliver the same day. Purchase the puppy $750 shipping $110 the payment to be send by Chase Bank Zelle for faster to

They gave me a tracking # then they email me that the puppy is to small and he needs a to travel in a special thermal crate that I can rent for $1300 and I well get refund 98% when I get the puppy so I did. Then they email me that his in Oh and he need a permit to inter to ILL and some vaccinations and they wanted $1550 refundable so I did because I called the text the lady and she told me that they ask that but they refund the money back not to worry. I was supposed to get the puppy today but now their asking for more money for insurance because he was going to be home delivered and just in case something happened to the puppy, I text Trina so many time about that and no answer, I email the carrier to cancel the order and they didn’t answer me again, I felt so stupid trusting them. And so far neither of them respond I am out of $3000 for every. I hope you read this before it happens to you.

The accused asks for payment for a puppy that may or may not exist. If a payment is made it is extremely hard to recover if you do not receive said puppy.

Found seller Havanese Puppy Farm online website in list of breeders. Contacted via email and was sent pictures and video of puppy Luda. Sent money the next morning via Zelle as requested after signing contract. Realized next morning after requesting tracking to pet shipping tracking and website looked suspicious.
