while browsing on Facebook I saw an advertisement for a Foldable Indoor Comfort Sofa Bed for a purchase price of $19 when i clicked on the Hauselow.com page it came up indicating that it was an authorized service provider of Home Depot and indicating that the product was made in the U.S. so I placed my order on Nov. 9th. Sometime thereafter I had to follow up and finally received a tracking number which indicated that the product had shipped and was at a parcel locker at my local post office. I followed up with the post office who advised that the tracking number this company gave me was for a delivery to another address. The postal service opened an investigation and assigned a case number to which revealed that the package was delivered as labeled by the sender to an address in my town which I was never associated with. After many emails, I was advised by sender that my money would not be refunded.
