It was involving a clothing business, I went on their site and ordered a bunch of sweatshirts, gave them my debit information for the order, They processed it, waited for about 3 weeks or so for the items to be delivered, had updates on tracking, the items were never delivered, got in touch with the company, they asked me if I received my order, I never received it, they stated that they would send another order out, with no additional charge, again waited for another 3 weeks or so still nothing, got I. Touch with the company again, this time I told them I wanted my money back, they in turn replied we can only refund you a certain amount, so as of today (6-23-2023) I still have not received my refund.
