I placed an order with the seller on 10/6. I reached out to the store on 10/20 and they stated that it would take 14 business days for me to receive my order. After 14 days I contacted the store again and was told that it would take 3 days for customer service to reply to my inquiry. It has been 3 days and I have not heard from customer service regarding the status/shipment/tracking information for my package. I escalated this issue with Paypal and the seller finally responded stating that the order was a pre-order (which it wasn't listed as a pre-order on their website when I ordered). They also stated that there are no refunds...I was still not given a ship date or tracking information.
