I made a purchase through the companies website. They did not send me an invoice, instead the sent me a generic text message to track my order. The order was said to be shipping out of country and would take a few months to arrive. I contacted the customer support about 6 times and was given the run-around. I finally canceled the order 2 months after it was placed, and I still have not received a refund after 20 days.
