The Hatsfashion shop posts on facebook looks very reliable bussiness and I ordered 2 hats. They shipped me 2 boxes. One is correct color and the other blue color was not. I contacted with the customer service and they asked me to keep the hat and they offered me $20 back instead of exchange the wrong item. And they said the postage return is expensive.

I bought a Gus 6X cowboy hat from Hatsfashion.com on 18 December 2022, and paid for four day shipping. It was processed the same day and I received an email stating that it was waiting to ship. They had me thinking that I was getting a good deal, what I later found out that is they would keep making excesses as to why they were not shipping the hat and why I could not get a tracking number. After I did some online research, I found that they hat that they were advertising with stolen pictures from the official Stetson website. After several emails were they provided excuses as to why they had not shipped my hat they stopped all communication with me.
