Hats are not what they say

I bought a hat and waited 3 weeks to get it. I expected the hat to be in a hat box, but it was in a box that was to small and the brim was rolled up. I was shocked. The hat looks like a hat for a kid that you used to get in a toy store with cap guns. It was no where near what I ordered. It was also not a Stetson like advertised.

Ordered two hats from HatsFashion and paid for them with my credit card at the time I ordered them online. Their website has used the website information and pictures from Stetson and the hats that I ordered from HatsFashion were supposed to be Stetson hats. They have used the pics and SKU#s as on Setson's website. What I actually received from HatsFashion were poorly made hats that didn't even remotely come close to what I ordered in terms of color, style and materials used for the hats they sent me. Also, their website states that the product would be shipped/received in 3-5 business days but took 18 days to receive.. `What they sent was comprised of Polyester and Cotton and the tag shows made in China....According to their website the hats are made in America and made with quality beaver fur felt. The hats were supposed to be two different colors and what I received were almost two exact copies of the same hat with different creasing on the crown. After going thru HatsFashion's website and then comparing it to Stetson's website, HatsFashion has fraudulently used Stetson's website content as their own so as to seem legitimate. I have contacted HatsFashion by email ([email protected]) and was advised by HatsFashion (trendboutqueshop.com) to mail the hats back at my expense and once they received the hats back they would issue a refund for the cost of the hats. I don't feel I should have to spend any further money for a product that wasn't what I ordered. I have also contacted the credit card company I paid them with to file a complaint and Stetson to advise them of this fraudulent use of their website content by HatsFashion.
