I was contacted via Instagram by the company Hashtag Sunglasses which is where they asked me to "collaborate." I purchased a pair of their sunglasses on April 19th, 2017 and immediately received an order confirmation email. The purchase was of the pair "Sunny Days" and the total amounted to $20.68 which left my bank account immediately. Their website promises shipping within 48 hours but I did not receive a shipping confirmation email until April 24th, 2017. The email had no tracking number but stated that the shipment would arrive within 5-15 business days via USPS. On May 6, 2017, I emailed the company at the address they provided me in case I had any questions ([email protected]) and I have gotten no response. It is now May 13th, 18 business days later, and still no package. This company seems to pick and choose who they send product to because their Instagram (hashtag.sunglasses) is actively being used to post new material yet they can't seem to respond to an email. When I first looked into the company I couldn't find any scam reports but since I made a purchase, it seems that more and more people are being scammed as well. Do not purchase from this company as there is no proof or guarantee that the product you paid for will arrive.

I was contacted via Instagram to be an online collaborator for a brand called Hashtag Sunglasses. They sent an email and I filled out the form. They have me a discount code to order sunglasses. I was told to post about them on social media to promote their brand, in exchange, I would continue to get sunglasses at a discounted price. I placed my order and they charged my debit card $23.50 on 03/20/2017. After a week I still hadn't received my order. The order confirmation I was sent from them did not have a tracking number. Just an order number and the time frame of 5-10 business days for my order to arrive. I have tried to email this company several times and contact them via Instagram (hashtag.sunglasses) but all my messages have went unanswered. I have reported this dispute to my bank as well as the website platform they are using.
