I went to the website, purchased tea, paid with my card and recieved a confirmation. Package was never shipped and they charged my card. theyve had the same message on their website (since november 2023) that they are switching their packaging. Phone line is fake, email doesnt work, and there are multiple others who have experienced the same thing.
