This place doesn’t file insurance at the time of the service being rendered. They collect the money but don’t file your insurance until weeks later which means you could potentially go to another place to be seen with your benefits. They charge you more then what you benefits cover just so they can use you out of your money. They charge you for free trials when you insurance pays for it. They are suppose to dilate every patient once a year. They also let patients use old prescriptions that expired to order new contacts. They tell patients they can wear their contacts longer then what is needed. They don’t know how to educate the patients with important stuff that’s needed about eyes.
