Do not deal with Harperinsure.com. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month on a policy they could not deliver in a timely fashion. Absolutely nobody will respond when you email or call them but, fun fact if you pretend that you’re shopping for a policy day or night, they will call you within 10 minutes. Definitely shouldn’t be legal what they’re doing and I will not stop until I get my money back out of these scammers
