My mom ordered a dress from Harper and Sage - Facebook … but they have a website. The dress was mailed to her and it was horrible quality - not as described. On the website it says - returns or exchanges 100%. When my mom went to initiate exchange they told her they couldn’t give her one. She fought and fought to no avail. Their website says returns or exchanges so this is false advertising. Another red flag is that they claim to have a storefront in Toronto and they do not.

Ppl need to know that this company lies and isn’t honest in their websites information. Thx
