Had purchased two dresses through them. They immediately took money,
But never shipped items. Originally they responded to emails stating each time that my items would be shipped that week, but all communication stopped after the first month. When I tried to reach out to them via social media I was blocked. SCAM.

Ordered pair of dresses on 3/15 was informed shipment within 2 weeks. Nothing. Sent email on 4/22 asking where it is, auto response said they would contact me on 2-3 days and to give it 1 to 2 weeks at most for delivery. Emailed 4/29 sent same auto email. Emailed 5/2, same email. Emailed 5/9, same email all with no further response. Definitely feels like a scam and I never received anything, they took my money immediately. Can’t contact anyone for a refund. Do not buy from this company.

After seeing an ad for adorable princess dresses for girls on facebook, I ordered 2 dresses for my twin daughters. I received an order confirmation email letting me know that I would receive another email when my order was ready. I then received my credit card statement in the mail showing that I was charged from the company, yet my order STILL did not process or ship. I reached out multiple times demanding a response. There is no contact information on their page. Everytime you email their customer service or input on their site for a response. No matter what you write, you get the same BS automated response instantaneously. It is now 2 months later and I still never received items and my order status never changed. I was forced to pay for two dresses that I never received as soon as the order was placed. This site is a scam and I am finding out that the same thing is happening to other people that are ordering from here. They need to be shut down and stopped before more people get taken advantage of. Their ads are still being shown and advertised.

Just like others, I Ordered Dresses almost 2 months ago. They took my money out right away. I emailed them about something simple suggesting another dress idea & fit a response about a return? I wasn’t even trying to return or refund anything! No I am! I’m so disappointed. These dresses were for my daughter. I originally was gonna order some on Amazon, but tried to go with a scaled down company. Man that was a bad idea! Stuff like this makes me so angry. I hope these people get caught. I’ve gotten 3 emails of a generic response blaming “covid 19”. I’m still on the hunt for a phone number! I won’t let this go! These are children’s clothes for goodness sake!

Harper + Henry is claiming to be a website selling kids clothing. Their website is very professional and convincing, and Facebook is letting them run ads, so I felt comfortable placing an order with them. I placed my order at the beginning of February and never received the items. I tried contacting them multiple times via email (they don't offer a phone number) and we never heard back from them. Recently, when I tried emailing them again, the email came back as undeliverable stating that the email address is no longer valid. One quick check of their website showed that they have just changed their customer support email address. I researched the company online and found that many other people have been scammed by them as well, and many people have said that Harper + Henry used to do their scamming under a different name, only recently switching to Harper + Henry after being caught the first time. Don't be fooled by their professional-looking website... they are taking people's money and credit card information and not delivering the goods ordered!

I ordered three dresses back in March but I have yet to receive them. When I emailed TWO WEEKS AGO I got a generated response stating that they would get back to me but I have yet to hear anything. I also messaged the company on Facebook but instead of answering they blocked me. And since the items in question were “sale” items they refuse to refund the money. I am very unhappy with my purchase experience.

Purchase almost $100 of product from this company in Dec. product still not received. They have changed their email address twice- created a shipping label on Feb.29th- but never sent anything. They will not reply to communication and refused a refund at the beginning of the transaction.

Placed an order in March for birthday presents for my niece, highly disappointed that no one responds to emails or even their Facebook messages for customer service. They have no problem taking money, but have a problem fulfilling an order. Either send me what I ordered or give me my money back, this truly makes your business look terrible.

Same experience as those above. Bought two dresses a month ago and haven't heard anything. I emailed their customer care and the email is no longer valid. At this point, I just want me money back.

Complete SCAM! Bought dresses on 2-28-20 and still have not received them. I emailed and received a response saying the do not have a distributor and have been having problems since January. Everyday I see the same scam/sale going on : 50% off and sale ending at midnight...so they have not been fulfilling their orders but they continue to take money from people. I am reporting them to the fraud department, visa should not be allowing these people to use their processing services. ...and I tried to email them again and the email is no longer valid ( I responded to their email so I did not have to retype the address) Stealing money from people during Covid 19...shame on them!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a belle Disney dress for my daughter on February 19th, 2020 and I still haven’t received it. They do not have a contact number so email is the only way to communicate. I have emailed them several times and I get the same response that they are checking into it and will take every measure to make sure I get my order, which they clearly have not. The emails are so vague, with little explanation.

This company will take your order online order and never deliver your item. I ordered an item and and month went by without an email or anything. They do not have a phone number and only respond with vague emails stating they need more time to process your order and the items are sale items and not refundable. See verbiage they use over and over below:
