The company advertised a product and sent a completely different product (that was worth almost nothing). When I asked for a refund after receiving the product, they mentioned that they can only refund half the amount or I can ship it back to them which they did not recommend and suggest that it would be difficult to ship it back. The product I ordered would have been really heavy and would need a much bigger packaging (+100 lbs) whereas the product they gave was 0.09 kg which only requires a small bag. This was no mistake, and I am concerned they might be scamming others as well, but it was never publicized since people would rather take the half amount then dispute the company.
