During checkout the seller added additional products that I did not want to order and the total amount charged was not the advertised sale price. I unsuccessfully attempted to correct online and quickly did a bit of research discovering the testimonial I had viewed was fake. They had stolen the profile and voice of someone I respected so I immediately was alerted (a bit late) that this was a scam. I called and asked to have the order canceled and was told that was impossible even though the order had been made less than an hour before. After much discussion they did refund the difference in the charged amount and the advertised amount. I asked about the money back guarantee and was told the product could be returned at my expense at a later date. I emailed them about six weeks after receiving the product to ask the procedure for returning the product for my money back. I am now told that I had only 30 days from the time the order was made to return the product which is not what I understood at the time of purchase.

It infuriates me that these scammers steal people's profile and voices to produce fake testimonials. Please stop this!!
