Type of a scam Phishing
After reviewing the dozen calls they've made in the last 3 weeks, all of the caller id numbers are different and fake (not active numbers) indicating they're spoofed to make them seem like a local business. They're using caller ID spoofing technology to mask their phone number and location to prevent calling back and to thwart call blocking which makes them a scammer.
There's also a significant delay between when you answer the phone and when they actually respond and the question is always seeking a "yes" answer so that they can record my voice and use that to steal my identity.
