I was sold a front fender for my motorcycle, $300, paid via Zelle. When it was time to ship, I was sent an e.ail stating I had to pay an additional $160 for insurance. I declined and deferred to the seller to rectify. Seller tried convincing me to pay it. I then received a text asking for an additional $200 to ship it. I again refused abd deferred to seller. Seller offered refund, but refuses to send it.
