I purchased a lawnmower from Hardbird.com, paid $224.25 for it through PayPal, and never received it. I tried contacting the seller, filed a claim with UPS and a dispute with PayPal. Someone named Nguyen Van Tu accepted my PayPal payment. This person sent a fake shipment notice to PayPal so my dispute was declined. I invested a lot of time in pursuing a refund to no avail. The only thing I have left to do is share my story in the hope that someone will read this and be spared from having the same experience.
