I was called from a person claiming to be harborone bank saying i qualified for a mortgage restructure. They said they had emailed me on a email i don't use for harborone who is my mortgage holder. Not believing them i said i'd read the email. After the call ended i googled the number they called from and it was a harborone number. 8002447592. I then called harborone customer services and attempted to reach the person that called. He said his name was Jason Roy. According to harborone no one works there by that name and that there was no loan modification offer for my house. What concerns me is that the number they used was actually a harborone number. It makes me wonder if the scammer is working from with in harborone. The number to call on the email was (609) 948-3433.
