I ordered 2 tool set boxes on September 30th at a tick tock shop I saw that they advertised them at a very low price and that it was from the company Harbor Freight. I then realized that the store was in China and that the delivery would take a couple of days. I kept contact with the support person claiming to be the customer support representative by email and he kept me informed that the delivery would take some time and to have some patience. I kept checking the tracking number and when it was in customs then to the delivery location in my town and then the status said that it was delivered by never received the package.

I contacted the person claiming to be the support person (scammer) and the last reply was below.

Dear Customer,

Thanks for contacting us.

Your package has indeed been delivered, a small one, you can ask your family or neighbors if it has been received.

Did you get that little package?

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Customer service center

For reference the traking website is: https://t.17track.net/ and the so called tracking number is this one: AM075804735CN.

Please help and hopefully we can get these scammers so they do not do this to another person.
