I gave $ 37800.00 check to Harary Travel & Tours Agency LLC ( owner name is OYY) for travel to Saudi Arabia for religious purposes. He said he going take us to Saudi Arabia but he did not take us there because he said we don't get visa approval from Saudi Arabia. We have had contracts with him and the contract said we will get our refund within 8-12 weeks if we didn't get to go to our destination. It's has been more than 12 weeks and he did not give us our refund. He took money from a lot of people and not of us get our refund yet. Please help.
