I purchased a red winter coat on 3 December 2022. The cost of the coat with tax and shipping is $21.78. I didn't receive a receipt but the money was taken off of my card. I reached out to this company on several different occasions and every time I was told that they were waiting to send me the tracking information. I have yet to receive the information. They emailed me back today to say that they sent it to the address on file yet I still don't have the coat.

When you go to the website, it seems legit, BUT IT IS NOT. They said it would take six to eight weeks for my items, and I still did not receive them. I emailed them SEVERAL (8 TIMES) and every time they tell me to be patient, and that it is coming. I asked for a refund, and they said it takes about 15-plus days since they are international, and It is been almost two months. They had the nerve to send me a fake ring that was clearly zirconian as a thank-you gift. I an furious! I want my 100 dollars back. Never again. I found out they are located in Ireland.
