I started working with a account manager for bitcoin mining threw Instagram because a associate had recommended it.I was purchased bitcoin and sent it to there mining site,the one stated above.I soon mag $6,500,and was asked to upgrade to be able to receive the fu da due to the type of account.My manager assured me that I’d be able to withdraw after a $650 fee.Which I unfortunately paid.After that,the same thing happened,promised I could withdraw and when the time came was hit with another upgrade fee.This time for $1050,at this point I was extremely frustrated with the entire process.So I reached out to chat and explained to them that that was not what was told to me.After a series of back and fifths to get around the feeI got no where.I asked to speak to a manager.The number stated in the above fields.We went back and forth,he was rude and unprofessional.He wouldn’t take a call only text.I have every text message.And he gave me his word and assured me after that upgrade the had ket everyone know,my withdrawal was good in the system.Unfortunately,thought about it and did the next deposit.Only now,I attempted to withdraw and it wouldn’t go threw.I was told it would take 9-10 months by there customer service frank on the sites live chat.And yet again there solution to everything was always me spending more money.He told me a $2000 upgrade would allow the account to do a a quick transfer to my cashapp.Unfortunately,came up with the bitcoin to do that.And still no deposit for the “$10,000” I earned. Contacted the manager and he was very rude,unprofessional and unhelpful.And just kept teasing some of the same questions,and saying snippy remarks via text.At this split second I still don’t have the money.They are claiming cashapp is declining it.I have contacted the and they are saying they have no pending transaction.I am now out over $2000 and in college.I keep getting contacted by others bitcoin miners on Instagram and it all seems fishy.I am looking to take legal action.I was never given a receipt for the funds in bitcoin that I deposited to them.Only emails concerning the next upgrade fee,which all were supposed to finally allow your funds to be released.Non of that has ever happed.I just don’t want someone else to go threw what I’ve gone threw.This has been ongoing for over a week now,I thought I was doing something good by investing,but I’ve learned a harsh lesson.Please don’t do business with them.Lastly,I even presented the option of a refund the manager,just because I wanted to get back what I had put in.It was so frustrating,I don’t even care about the $10,000 anymore.He declined and stated it wasn’t possible and just continued to try and get me to do the following upgrade.Although my account manager had stated if it didn’t work out I could get my money back.
