I placed an order with this company on January 31, 2021. Since then I have sent several emails to them after checking the tracking number. According to tracking it is still in China (the country). I tried to cancel but they said their policy indicated that an item had to cancel within 6 hours of order placement. Nowhere did it say where it was coming from, nor an expected delivery date. Had it done so, I would have cancelled immediately as I needed the item much sooner. They also continue to email me with excuses as the previous person stated. I would never buy from this company again as I believe this is all a scam.
