Consumer saw advertisements for a cruiser bicycle on facebook on Sept 9th, selling the bike for $63. Online it looks like items are being sent from Cali, but then when consumer started tracking the shipment, it was coming from China. Consumer has not received any items, uncertain what they might be shipping.

Consumer had charges for $2.13 and $71.18. When consumer tried to check provided tracking number though supposed shipment company, no results.

Consumer tried to call, and ended up speaking with an individual that was in no way connected to the business. Sent messages to business via email, no response. Consumer contacted her credit card company - shows charges coming from EPL HENGZHELTD
