On February 28, 2019 I purchased four items from a company named Happy Treat. I received emails with a total charge of $22 four my items. It’s Monday March 23, 2020 and I have yet to receive anything. Their domain is up for sale and I’m out $22. I know it might be pocket change for some but it’s a lot of money for me.

This is a company on Facebook that offers pet products at discounted price. After looking at the reviews from customers on the site, I placed an order for 2 pet beds on 12/29/2018. My order was accepted, they took my payment, gave an order number and estimated shipping time. On 1/1/2019 received an email saying my order was shipped but due to FREE shipping there would be no tracking number available with the shipment. Should have been the first clue but honestly didn't think much about it. Was told the shipment could take up to 45 days (Max delivery time). Due to the lower pricing I figured the products must be coming from another country so this could easily make shipping an extended period of time and I was not in a rush for the beds. However, when I attempted to inquire about the order I received no response. I called the phone number listed on the site MANY, MANY times and no one ever answered. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and have NEVER received a response. I understand that the amount of money that I lost was not that much, but it is the principal! People need to be aware that this website is FAKE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. All of the testimonies are false just like the web site and company.

Ad was running on social media so I purchased three dog beds and 4 dog shirts. I received an email confirmation that it shipped. Never received! I've emailed them several time with no response. Called phone number on web-site and it goes to voice mail. The bill was charged to my card immediately by Theme Snap and I was sent a separate email verifying payment. I emailed Theme and they said that Happy Treat hacked them somehow to get the payments to go through in their name but it wasn't them.

This company posted on Facebook and numerous people have said they never received their orders, including myself. I have contacted them many times and never received a response from them. I placed an order December 29th and never received my order. They need to be shut down.

I ordered 3 xl dog beds from happy-treat.com. I ordered them December 2018. It is February 10th, 2019 and I have yet to recieve my 3 xl dog beds. I have emailed them 3 times and have only received 1 email response which was copy generated from the email I received stating my items were shipped. I am unable to contact or response on how to get the items I purchased or get my money back.

On November 26, 2018 I saw an ad on Facebook for pet items. Ordered 2 pet beds with free shipping. Showed on bank statement as Global Pet Market. Inquired December 15 as to where was my order through email. 2 days later received a reply saying an order can take up to 45 business days for order to arrive. Website says 10-15 business days if shipped within USA. Phone number shows Birmingham Alabama on my cell phone. Calls go unanswered and further emails get no response. Order was a gift and never received.
