Purchased a red boston terrier puppy from this company called Boston Terrier Creek and paid 900.00 to which they would ship him out next day. Paid $900.00. Next day turned into the next day which turned into getting an email after several attempts to reach them via email with tracking information which at first looked legit until I get email from Happy Tails Travel and Logistics asking for an additional $4000 for an air conditioned crate which does not exist. Now no one answers nor responds to email after demanding seller to pay additional fees or will report them to different agencies including FTC which I did. I want my money back for this outrageous scam. Want other people to beware of them and get this company shut down!

Same thing happened to me. Boston Terrier Creek and Happy Tails Travel and Logistics are scam companies out to get your money and DO NOT HAVE PUPPIES TO SELL.

We thought we were purchasing a puppy from a breeder in El Paso, TX and we got and email stating the the puppy needed and special climate controlled carrier and we that we needed to buy one or we could rent one and get our money back upon delivery of the puppy. So under pressure of knowing that my supposed puppy is at the airport and can't ship until the funds were received. Then they contacted us back and that they couldn't process the payment due to cashier 1 not being there and to send it to cashier 2. They also said they refunded the money and it could take up to 45 mins to receive it back. My wife was able to talk to someone and they had a thick accent and could hardly understand them and they kept saying be patient and the puppy will be there tonight, but still no puppy and no other contact from them. I tried calling the numbers but it says that the text message subscriber is unavailable and I tried the contact us and it says error in sending the email.
