The scammer was set up under a pop-up selling t-shirts at a local business. He approached the table I was sitting at to pitch his products, t-shirts, hats, etc. He said he is local and a Marine. He said he can make any design I choose. I told him I would like to support a local business. Later that evening I text him the design I wanted, He answered and said he could do it. He asked me to meet him the next day and he would take a $10 deposit and $20 when he delivered the shirt in a week. The shirt was $25 initially but I didn't question the change in price. My mistake. A week went by and I text him and then the excuses started. I ordered the shirt 11/13 and have been texting him everyday. I told him if he can't make my shirt, that's fine I just want my deposit back. No response. He is a fraud.
