I signed up for a book on sleep training my child, it was a dollar to download the book and after a month they would charge 37 dollars a month for a consultation service. After two weeks I was charged the 37 dollars and they will not refund me. The phone number doesn’t work to speak to anyone. I can only email and it takes two days to get a response. They are telling me that even though their website says a 30 day trial period, when I signed up two weeks ago it was only a 15 day trial. I give up. Facebook ads are garbage!
