I ordered a product from them in early October 2021. It is January 2022 and I have yet to receive the product. We’ve been corresponding back and forth yet no product. They (Happiroots) sent me a USPS tracking number that states they (USPS)have received a shipping label, but no product. They took the money without resolving the issue. Bad business on their part. They didn’t even offer to resend the product. I will never order anything else from them and I’ve encouraged my family and friends not to get taken by them.
