I attempted to obtain a loan for $5,000 from Happen Bank/Lending Club. I gave them a total of $700 in 3 payments because they said there were fees. Then they attempted to get 20% of the $5,000 as a fourth fee. I signed a contact too. When they asked for the 4th fee I asked for my $700 back. They said I would get a check in the mail in 7-10 days and I have received nothing. Is there a way to get my $$ back?
