I purchased an item which seemed slightly cheaper than other online stores like ****** and I received an email right away that my order was being processed but after a couple of weeks of not receiving up dates I grew concerned. When I tracked the tracking number provided the item appeared to be held up in China somewhere. I figured it was due to covid and decided to be patient however weeks later the item still had not moved from China, I believe this seller is a scam. I have tried to contact them and I always get an answering machine. My emails have gone unanswered and their site on shopify seems to have vanished. I think I will be sticking to ****** in the future.

This company advertised a fort building kit but never delivered it. I first got an email saying my package was delivered to an address in Texas, I live in California. I contacted them via email and was told the package had been picked up and I would receive it soon, but the package never came when I contacted them again they stopped replying to my emails.
