I also ordered two robovacs from this company & still have not received them after multiple emails to customer support. The emails say it us still coming, but the tracking shows it hasn't been picked up & has said the same thing since May 5th. The total was around $130. My next step is to ask for a refund especially since I read the above complaint about how bad the quality is on them.

I ordered two robovacs from this company. In due course, I received the vacuums but they are pieces of junk! I immediately contacted the company via the customer support email requesting how to return for a refund. The total was around $130. Despite 5 or 6 emails, I am yet to hear from them. Plus, their web address has closed.
