Monica's ad had came up on my story and being in the vulnerable state I was in, I decided to take a chance. It said that she was offering readings so I had messaged her and she seemed legit as she didn't want to know anymore info other than certain details because she wanted me to have confidence in her. So I paid a small fee to do a reading and she said someone had put a curse on me and she said she can remove it if I pay a certain amount. I was very reluctant but she was very convincing on everything and the first few things she had told me about myself was spot on. So I paid the amount for a cleanse. Paypal wasn't working so she had sent me the info of her assistant bank account along with her address which made it seem even more legit seeing as she gave me more details so I had sent her a wire transfer. And she did the cleanse and it was mind blowing and was very overwhelming and she said that she would need me to pay more to reverse the curse and put it in God's hands and she had sent me a video that was extremely convincing of the cleanse. She said that lifting this curse, will indeed make my life better in all aspects. The next day she had messaged me asking how I was and I was busy and didn't respond right now. I was really reluctant on paying more and she said okay well I take my work very seriously and have lots of other clients. "I can't force you to want to make your life better" - that guilted me so much and she made me feel extremely bad for doubting her abilities. So I apologized and she said she would be with me every step of the way and wouldn't leave my side. So I paid it. It has been three days and I haven't heard from her since. I had thought something might have happened to her so I gave her a day to respond and nothing. I tried to call her on Instagram, call her because she had given me her number, emailed her and gave her chances to respond but she is ignoring me. She has posted three things on Instagram already so she has been ignoring me. She is definitely scamming people and hopefully she doesn't do this to anyone else if I report this business. Call me stupid, but when times are hard - you would do just about anything to try and better your life. Her name is Monica and her Instagram page is @the.hands.of.light.
