I ordered a lawn mower, paid and did no recieve purchase. When contacted no response and tracking delivery date keeps changing.

Ordered 60" cub cadet zero turn and scam company processed the $2921.25 x2. They kept changing delivery date 3xs. I call my credit card to report it and found out they used other companies names for purchases and tried 5 xs but got declined. But 2 purchases for 2921.25 went thru. We had a stop charge put on both charges and a new credit card sent to us. Credit card is investigating company now for fraud.

Purchased a riding lawn mower from Hananoa.com. Best price around, free shipping, 90 day return policy. Received no confirmation of purchase or shipping update. Then after one week still nothing. Checked my credit card and was shocked to see a charge for exact amount to some entity in France, plus a foreign transaction fee. I do not know anyone or have any business to do in France. I'm in Prescott, AZ and just wanted to buy a new Toro Time Cutter riding lawn mower to take care of my 3 acre property. Out over $1500 and no lawn mower. Called my CC company to dispute charge. Called Pocatello Chamber of Commerce too to report scammer contact info. They have no knowledge of this company, so obviously a scam. Please share this experience with anyone and everyone. Hananoa.com is not legit and is robbing people of their hard earnings. Thank you. PW

Ordered a electric bike, received confirmation, paid, never heard anything since then. Check website says processing/in transit, no tracking.
