Individual pretended to be contractor. Wrote up contract to build pantry and deck. Had everything drawn up for payment plan. Kept asking for more and more money upfront and wouldn’t start job until all of the final payment was paid off even though contract said half upfront and half upon completion. ended up finding more and more people that this individual scammed and took their money promising jobs of building different things. Come to find out not even a licensed contractor. Will not refund money. Hasn’t even started job. Hasn’t even brought material.
