I received a phone call from a "lawyer's office" stating that my cousin and I owes money from a closed bank account from Wachovia. This account has been closed for about 8 yeas. When we contacted Wells Fargo, they didn't show any outstanding amounts that we owed from that account. Only that the account was closed. This company goes by the name Jacobs, Hamilton, and Associated. I spoke to Perry Kennedy. Their telephone number is 855-200-3742. They have the last 4 digits of our social security numbers and our addresses. I just read some reviews about this "company".It states that they are a scam and they contact people saying that they owe money from old Wachovia accounts. I just wanted to make you aware of the company if you haven't heard of them already.
