I ordered a pair of shoes and the picture shown on the website is not the shoes I received. I emailed and sent a message via facebook messenger concerning the issue, I including pictures of what's shown on the website and pictures of the item I received. The company's response "I'm sorry your not satisfied with your order, however if you want to return the item you will have to pay the hefty return shipping fee." I replied that I should not have to pay to return this item, the item I received is not as shown on the website and the business is false advertising. I have yet to receive a response.
