They represented themselves as Amazon.com Survey. As a thank you for being a valued Amazon customer, after taking a 2 minute survey, I could choose 1 of 5 prizes or gifts. After choosing they asked for credit card information to pay just for shipping. Today (15 days later) I noticed 2 charges of $85 and $89 on my credit card from Halocel.com and Naturacel.com. After contacting them they repeatedly told me that it was part of a 14 day trial period and that I would have to pay for these products the full amount and monthly for these purchases unless I had cancelled within the 14 days. I finally was able to get credited my full amount and then contacted Amazon to make them aware of this situation. Amazon assured me they had nothing to do with this and that this company was falsely representing themselves as an Amazon Survey. I am writing today to hopefully prevent other consumers from falling for this scam.
