Ordered a costume online for son as with the other reports no costume after two weeks emails sent with no response phone number for customer service goes to an answering machine now have no way to get money back.

halloweensupplyusa.com is a total scam so please BEWARE. I ordered a Fortnite costume for my son on October 8th. I immediately received a confirmation to my facebook messenger. It is now October 23rd and I have never received my order. A week ago I decided to call to check the status of my order but all ever got was an answering machine. I left several messages but no one called back. I also sent an email to the address provided but no reply. Finally I decided to reply to the Facebook messenger and let them know that I was going to report it as a scam. No more than an hour or so later the entire thread had disappeared.. So I decided to see if I could leave a review on their Facebook page only to find out that it had recently been deleted. Please do not order from them.

I purchased a costume on October 6 and paid for 2 day shipping, I contacted or tried to contact the company via phone & Email for almost two weeks, no response and phone never rings just says leave a message. Costume was never shipped

I ordered a Halloween costume from this website on in early October, paid extra to have priority shipping, initially they contacted me via Facebook messenger telling me they were busy and would "do their best to ship it", I received an email stating my order had shipped but didn't provide me with any tracking number or postal service they are using. Their entire Facebook account and Messenger account has since been deleted. I have sent emails, called the 1-800 number on the website which only leads to an answering machine and I have had no communication or further emails since. TOTAL SCAM! Do not waste your time or money!
