We purchased a costume off of halloweenrubies.com. I asked for express shipping and they sent me a Web link to track the tracking system looked bogus to me so I looked into it and the phone number came up on scam alert now the website has been taken down.

halloweenrubies.com is a fraudulent website, spoofing a popular costume website called rubies.com. it is stealing people's money and not delivering goods. It is a scam .
