They are crooks! They use a fake shipping from address in the US and the product comes broken! They are not easy to work with and they want you to ship the crap back even though it’s garbage and useless. The books come from China and take forever to get here. DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This company is a scammer. I received a horrible low quality item and their solution was a 20% refund or pay for shipping back to CHINA! Which, by the way is not communicated that that is where the factory is located. Return postage on the package shows New York. I am still fighting with them for a bigger refund, but 30% is the highest they are going. I’m so disappointed. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandmother. learn from me! Do not use them!

I received a poor quality product you couldn’t read writing. They wouldn’t provide me a refund unless I paid to ship the items back to china. I provided a picture to them. They would only provide me a $43 refund unless I pad for shipping back to china.

Purchased a gift for mother's day (5/23) from their site after seeing on Facebook. Order stated it would be shipped in 3 days. Did not arrive on time and when it finally showed up - had shipping labels from China. They wrapped the wall hanging in a thin bubble wrap envelope and it arrived broken in multiple places and the frame was broken. I immediately emailed customer service and let them know it was broken and after seeing the quality, I would like a refund. The next multiple emails asked for pictures proving the damage, which I sent, then it was we will send you a new one, then it was they will refund me if I pay shipping, and lastly it was they would offer 50% refund. At each exchange, I said no, those options were not acceptable, all I wanted was a refund for this low quality and poorly constructed item. Last week in the midst of them refusing to send me a refund, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. During that call, the credit card company and I identified 2-3 fraudulent charges, starting the day after my order and one a week. I have reviewed other scam beware sites, and they are all over the place. These people had the exact same story. Supposedly they have a location in LA and in Hong Kong from what I could tell from another poster. It takes 24 hours for them to respond in broken english and trying to offer ridiculous methods of solving this issue. I know they are not a good company and probably sold my credit card info on the dark web.

Personalized product I received was weeks late and was not the correct product with completely incorrect personalization. When attempted to get refund the company offered me 20 % back on purchase or i could pay for shipping to return the incorrect item they sent me. Just a way for them to keep most of my $. No attempt to replace my item. No consistent communication, no phone numer for customer service. Item shipped from Hong Cong. Website had not information besides email.

I didn't get a shipment notice till- May 15
It finally arrived on May 22, 2023
To my surprise this was broken and way too late for a gift. STAY AWAY from this scammer site.

Purchased a product for Mother’s Day on May 1st. Emailed them 15 days later that my order said it was still in “processing”. Received a response saying they would offer me a 10% refund if i wish to wait and i accepted. That was may 16th. It’s may 21st and the order is still in “processing”. Website is a scam save your money and find a better personalization site if u want to give someone a gift. This website ain’t it.

Placed an order for a Mother's Day plate from an ad on Facebook. Order was supposed to ship in 3-days. Company charged my credit card immediately using another company's name. When researching the company, found THOUSANDS of complaints towards the company stating that it was a Scam and that they charge you and never ship the product. I contacted the company after three weeks and they said "the order was still being processed". I asked to cancel and have still not seen a refund. I contacted my credit card company.

Never got the gift

I saw this through instagram and I thought that the artwork was so pretty and that it would make a great Mother’s Day gift. Boy was I wrong. I ordered this almost a month ago, was told I would be notified when the package was ready to be shipped. Never got a notification. I was billed, but never got the product. Do not order, this is such a scam.

SCAM SITE- ordered a Mother’s Day gift- never received

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift on 5/5 with 3 day expedited shipping. Never received a shipping confirmation and unable to reach customer service. Lost out on $67 and no gift for mom. Site needs to be shut down- complete theft!

I feel silly for not researching them before ordering- seems like this is happening to everyone who places an order with this site.

No update on Mother's Day gift

I have tried to contact customer service regarding a Mother's Day gift I ordered 5/1/2023. They say they will email you with a tracking number as soon as it ships. I have yet to get that email, or any response from their "customer service" email. I'm starting to think I'm $80 out. There is no phone number to contact this trash company either.

Hallopeeps products were advertised to me via Facebook. They say on their website that you can cancel within 24hours via emailing them and get a full refund, I have gotten no response. They do not provide a phone number. They stole the images from different sellers and businesses. I ordered Mother's Day presents, paid for rush shipping. I never received any confirmations and kept getting emails promising they were on it and it would be made immediately and rushed. One person offered a $30 refund, one person offered later to just refund the shipping AFTER I got the products. I sent another email of the status and now they are saying they "locked my order'. I have not received a refund or the product and I placed the order on 4/26/22. (almost 30 days)

I ordered a Mother's Day gift, using express 3-day shipping (at a significant additional charge). After the expected date of arrival passed, I contacted the seller to find out when I could expect my order. I have not heard back from them, but am now seeing online that I may expect my order within 18 days. When I went online to request a refund of, at least, the shipping, I found no way to request it. Further investigation on Facebook shows multiple posts of complaints today (5/5/22), citing that the website is a scam site and most people do not ever receive their orders.
