This seller used a manipulative refund policy. The return policy states $20 will be charged to cover freight on cancelled orders. My label was not created or even printed upon request for cancellation. The seller then tried charging me 20% instead of the $20 stated in the return policy. The seller then told me I was being held responsible anyway. Regardless of the refund policy stating otherwise. The seller has none of this mentioned in the return policy and refuses a full refund.
