I ordered a set of 3 hair fillers from Hairo and was sent a knockoff brand "Maysheer Powder Hair Shadow" instead of the brand that was advertised. I contacted them for resolution and was ignored. I filed a dispute with my credit card and reported them through this organization and the FTC. I have the order email and my email complaint with no reply to share, as well as photos of the product if needed.
